Les Volets Verts is situated in the heart of the historic centre of medieval Dinan on a pretty cobbled street lined with old stone and half timbered houses. The town's main attractions are all within easy walking distance as are some excellent restaurants and bistros.
The house has been renovated to a high standard and retains many original features including the wooden staircase, old beams and doors. A modern kitchen and two quality en suite shower rooms make this a comfortable ,as well as a characterful , base to explore the well preserved town of Dinan.
The house is arranged on three levels, on the ground floor , there is a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area. There is seating for four around the dining table , with TV receiving free view satellite channels.
Original wooden staircase leads up to the bedrooms , on the first floor , there is a double bedroom with en suite shower room.On the second floor, there is a further bedroom with exposed roof beams , with two single beds , again with en suite shower room.
Electric radiators throughout the house and heated towel rails in the shower rooms.

Parking Arrangements: Available for free on the nearby streets a short walk away, or a choice of paying public car parks , again a short walk from the house. A secure underground car park is available close by , a weekly ticket can be ordered in advance for 18 Euros.
End of Stay Clean: We can arrange this if required for £30

Les Volets Verts is found in the middle of the preserved town centre of Dinan , a town which has preserved a remarkable collection of medieval buildings. Surrounded by 12th and 13th Century remparts, the town centre has a good selection of restaurants, shops and artists workshops, as well as the castle and numerous timber framed houses.
The steep cobbled Rue Du Jerzual leads to the river and port area, where riverside paths lead out to the peaceful countryside.
The North Brittany coast with it's series of superb sandy beaches is about a 35 minutes drive away.
