The deposit to be paid for any holiday is £100 per week. The balance becomes due eight weeks prior to your arrival. Unless you are booking with short notice, in that case the total amount woud be payable. All payments can be made via our website, please ask for details.
Come & Stay
We are a friendly couple originally from the West Midlands. We have owned a property in Brittany since 1994 when we first renovated a small cottage. We successfully rented this cottage as a holiday let for four years before buying another property to renovate and live in. We eventually moved here in 2002 and renovated our own home and the attached cottage which is Wisteria.
So although we are living next door to the let, which is good for you if you need assisstance, we are not intrusive. We want you to have a good time here and be available if you need us.
We have four cats who by the end of your stay are quite friendly.
Too bad they have to get know new people on the next arrival date.
We have a lovely man made beach 15 minutes away where the children and adults alike can stay all day. sitting or playing on the sand, spalshing about in the lake or having lunch in one of the three restaurants on site. We also have another lake with man made beach and walks 10 minutes in the other direction with less facilites but more peaceful. Or just stay here and enjoy the garden, the pool and the games room, either way we wish you an enjoyable stay at Wisteria Cottage.
