Sleeping a maximum of 6 people + cot the self-catering accommodation provides an excellent holiday location for walking, golfing, riding, mountain biking, fishing and many other outdoor pursuits, or for just sitting back and soaking up the relaxing French way of life!
Set in a beautiful garden, our Brittany gite is situated in the countryside close to the towns of Evran and Dinan. With this self-catering accommodation there is something for everyone:
For those seeking the countryside peace, there are opportunities for country walks around the pretty lanes that surround the villa or along the canal that runs through the town nearby.
For families there are plenty of distractions for the children as the villa has a play area in the garden and the accommodation is child-friendly. With changing table, baby bath, cot, hi-chair and safety gates fitted at the top an bottom of the staircase the gite is perfect for families with babies and toddlers.
The gite provides perfect, family friendly self-catering accommodation.
The owners live on site and having local knowledge are happy to recommend local restaurants, activities, etc.
To see is to be amazed. Not only will you feel free from all the daily grind of home but a sense of belonging will transfer you back to nature. Whilst following the lawn through the mature trees, which give plenty of shade on those hot summer days, the perfume from the wide variety of plants and flowers permeate your senses, with natural aromatherapy.
For the kiddies, there is a sandpit, swings, and plenty of space to burn off all that energy, all within the safety of a wall that encloses the entire garden.
The garden is fully equipped with sun loungers and furniture. A barbeque is available for use.
There are secluded areas to sit and read, laze or just dream in either sunshine or shade.
The villa even has its own boules pitch.
The gite provides spacious, well-appointed accommodation for up to 6 people + cot. Great care has been taken to make La Villa Fleurie comfortable and the French charm and character combine with modern kitchen and bathroom facilities. For winter stays central heating ensures a warm and cosy stay.
The ground floor consists of a light and airy lounge/dining room furnished Breton style, with patio doors into the garden with SAT/TV and DVD. There is separate fully fitted kitchen. Appliances include a dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge plus washing machine. There is also a w.c./shower room on this floor.
The first floor has 3 large bedrooms and a w.c./shower room. A cot (with sheets, pillows, quilts, etc), baby bath and changing facilities plus high chair, stair gates and intercom are available.
There are books and board games available in the villa for guests’ use.
