a 20% discount is now offered for any week taken in June and a 10% discount on any week during July and August A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable on confirmation of rental, the balance is then payable 10 weeks prior to arrival day. Refunds will only be made if the gite is relet. As our tariffs include all bed and bathroom linen, towels for swimmiing pool use and also free use of bikes and also the local !taxe de Sejour" (holiday tax)THE PRICE QUOTED IS THE PRICE YOU PAY, THERE ARE NO EXTRAS. A security deposit of £250 or 250 Euros is taken from guests on arrival & held until the gite has been inspected at the end of their stay

Como digo en el título hemos tenido una estancia para recordarla mucho tiempo.
La casa (estuvimos tres personas en Les Étables aux hirondelles) es perfecta, con todo lo que puedas desear y su situación es ideal para recorrer esos pueblos y lugares que te transportan a otros tiempos. Sitios como Dinan, Mont St Michel, Cap Frehel, Saint Malo, Broceliande o la costa de granito rosa tienen algo especial que no te deja olvidarlos.
Agradecer a Lydiane y Robert el trato que nos dieron y sus esfuerzos por entenderse con nosotros que no conocemos su idioma.
Esperamos reencontrarnos pronto.

Translation The house (we were three people in the Étables aux swallows) is perfect with everything you wish and its location is ideal for exploring villages and places that take youn into the past. Our 2nd time at La Julerie, and I hope it won't be our last! Hard to say what we have enjoyed the most...the promenade at Dinard, the shells at St Lunaire, Dinan Castle...probably the bes thing is the simple calm and comfort of La Julerie “our top tip for the week. Ask Lydiane to cut your hair- you’ll go home a different person

"Robert provides excellent holiday accomodation at his gites, les Juleries, a few miles from Dinan (great place for a visit - very like a compact version of York with a river port attached). Quiet comfortable and well appointed, with a small swimming pool much appreciated by our youngest son; a good base for touring north-western Brittany, though Carnac on the south coast wasn't too far a stretch either. Robert was also very helpful with the booking process, car hire, and local information. We spent a very comfortable week at les Juleries earlier this year, and if we re-visit the area, we would certainly try to book with Robert again."

Three generations of our family have enjoyed the superb accommodation in Le Greneir and Les Ecuries. The swimming pool and games room have been brilliant for the children and we appreciated the thought in providing toys, books and jigsaws etc. Equally in the Gites everything has been considered.........M R

We spent one week of our holidays in Brittany and the Gite really charmed us, it is very clean, something very important, and the kids loved the swimming pool area. Robert and Elizabeth Norman who are now retired, run the business (from the UK in the winter, and from France in the summer). They are assisted by their French daughter in law Lydiane who lives at La Julerie and who takes care of the business on a day by day basis.
All of the renovation/conversion work, which is admired by guests and also by the French authorities, was done by their son Tim (Lydiane's husband). This is very much a family run business with all guests treated "as friends"
