Large comfortable lounge with original beams, stone fireplace and wood burning fire. Off-road parking, BBQ area with magnolia tree and large private lawned garden with boules court and shady trees.

Evran is situated on the river Rance with kilometres of pleasant towpaths for walking & cycling. Facilities include bank, shops, supermarket, several café bars and a restaurant. Close-by is Lake Betineuc with sandy beach, swimming, walks and picnic areas. The area has much to offer with mediaeval towns like Dinan (15mins.) with its attractive port plus Combourg, Dol and Rennes. Coastal resorts with sandy beaches, yachting marinas and seafood restaurants like St. Malo, Dinard and Cancale are all within 45 mins drive. Close by are two 18-hole golf courses plus zoos, adventure parks,kayaking and a new aquarium. Le Mont St Michel (1hr) is also a major tourist attraction. This is an ideal situation for exploring the region and enjoying a relaxing base.

				High Season Price:	£500 per Week

Price based on £350 for occupancy of 2 persons. £500 for 3-5 persons The prices include gas and electricity for cooking and heating, hot and cold water. Bedlinen is also included. Cots and highchairs are available free of charge. Towel sets (hand and bath) can be hired at an additional cost of 4€ per person. A welcome pack of groceries is supplied along with all the basic kitchen ingredients for cooking. Deposit of £100 (150 euro) payable on booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment by UK£ or euro cheque.
