In the hilly area between the rivers Allier and Loire, near the little town of ‘La Chapelle aux Chasses’, is the old water mill ‘Le Moulin Bouquet’.

The commodious house (total area 120m2) with large garden can be rented throughout the year for 6 up to 10 persons. In the spacious, cosy living room (33 m2) is a satellite television and a wood stove. The large kitchen (12m) is equipped with an electric cooker with oven, deluxe microwave, large refrigerator with plenty of freezer space; washing machine and dishwasher, and all the other usual articles for preparing delicious meals.

Next to the kitchen is a separate toilet and bathroom with tub and sink. With full occupancy, a second bathroom and separate toilet are available.

In addition to the wood stove, there is central heating in all rooms.

All four bedrooms (average 15m2) have new, comfortable beds with eiderdowns. Linens and towels are available. Three bedrooms are entered through the veranda at the front of the house, the other via an inside staircase.

Apart from the house is a gîte available for 4 persons with kitchen and a seperate bathroom and toilet.

In the silence and nature in the middle of France next to your own river.

Located 15 km from the capital, Moulins sur Allier. Possibilities of playing golf on several links in the neighberhood. Fishing and swimming in your own river. A 2 couvert restaurant at 500 m distance. France on its best.
