Maison de L'Etang, is situated in the hamlet of Tronçais, and beside a beautiful 40 acre fishing lake.
The house contains almost two identical apartments, which overlook the lake, with superb, uninterrupted, panoramic views.
Each appartment has a spacious hall leading into the lounge area,both have double French windows leading onto a traditional balcony. ( Lovely for cool breezes on those scorching , hot days ! )
Although the appartments are almost identical, the first , has a spacious, 'L' shaped, kitchen /diner/ Lounge , with double French windows, onto traditional balcony overlooking the lake.
The kitchen is well equipped with all usual crockery,cutlery,and utensils. Coffee/maker,toaster,electric kettle,microwave,full gas cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer.
Lounge area with comfortable leather suite. TV for DVD’S and CD’S. Games, cards , jigsaws,and books.
From the hall are the bedrooms, one kingsize double and one with two singles.
Bathroom has, bidet,toilet, whb, full bath,with shower.
The second Appartment has bedrooms off the lounge area,one double , with outlook over the lake,and one twin-bedded.
Lounge / Diner, with comfortable suite, has TV for DVD’S and CD’S. Cards, jigsaws,games, and books available.The double French windows lead onto traditional balcony with superb views over the lake.
Fishing licence available, for day or week, at the local cafe.
The garden is completely enclosed, with parking for 3-4 cars.
The 4.5 meter pool and decked sun area has all garden furniture and BBQ.

Brocantes held throughout the summer.Fetes and exhibitions.Plenty of Historical sites including the Roman theatre site at Drevant.

Excludes -hand, bath ,and swimming towels -can be provided at small extra charge.

Pool closed from middle September till end of May.

Low Season Price : £230
High Season Price : £395 per Week

Payment to be made by Cheque on booking - of 25 %
Balance to be paid 8 weeks before holiday start date.
Policy for cancellation. Full refund before 8 weeks, if written cacellation received.
After balance has been paid and within the 8 week period , percentage of refund considered,or Total refund if property can be re-let.
Refundable security deposit will be required on arrival.
