Set in two acres and just 4 miles from the picturesque fishing port and beaches of St Jean de Luz with easy access to the beautiful Basque Country interior, this 2500 sq ft house has two double, one single and one triple bedroom, two bathrooms and full sitting, dining, kitchen, cloakroom, laundry and garage facilities.The house is also equipped with child's cot, stairgate, baby bath etc.

The beaches, golf courses, surfing, restaurants and recreational facilities at St Jean de Luz, Biarritz and other famous Basque resorts are within easy reach. Bayonne and San Sebastian are within 15 miles and Lourdes an hour's drive.

Access to the A63 and A64 autoroutes is within a few kilometres and Biarritz airport 25 minutes away. Also airports at Bordeaux, Bilbao and Pau are within easy reach.
