La Navarrou is set on the outskirts of the village of Castagnede, 6kms from the medieval town of Salies de Bearn and this beautiful house has for many years been the chosen holiday destination for our many repeat visiters. 
 
The house has been sympathetically renovated to todays standards but keeping all of the original features and charm. This is our winter home, so the furnishings are of a particularly very high standard and not just the usual 'holiday let'. It's close proximity to all the local sites, plus coast and mountains, not forgetting the memorable local restaurant, has proved to be a highly desirable quality.  
 
The bedrooms are arranged as 2 upstairs doubles, both en-suite, two upstairs singles with own bathroom and a downstairs en-suite twin. The spacious kitchen has all the usual features plus dishwasher and large open inglenook fireplace. 
 
The large lounge is graced by the magnificant stone fireplace and comfy settees, the room opening out onto the terrace and pool. The downstairs twin room also opens out onto the terrace. The pool is fitted with the legally required alarm and is fenced from the front of the house.
