Maison Lavie was originally Domaine Lavie’s coach house. It has now has been beautifully renovated to create a luxurious holiday cottage, which can accommodate up to eight people.
The property comprises an open-plan living room with sitting and dining areas, a kitchen/breakfast room, a utility room, four bedrooms (two with en suite bathrooms), a family bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom.
Tastefully decorated, Maison Lavie has been furnished with a stylish mix of antique and modern furniture. It is an ideal property for larger groups of friends or family wishing to enjoy a wonderful holiday together at any time of year.
Maison Lavie has four bedrooms on the first floor - three are furnished with double beds and the fourth has twin beds.
The master bedroom, which also incorporates a small sitting area, is furnished with a double bed. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with a double bed and has an en suite shower room.
Bedroom 3 (double bed) and Bedroom 4 (twin beds) share a family bathroom, which is adjacent to these bedrooms.
Double doors from both the kitchen and the living room lead out to a wonderful, flower-filled terrace - a great place to relax and enjoy the gorgeous, lush countryside in complete privacy.
Maison Lavie has its own entrance, driveway, parking area and private gardens. The swimming pool is a short stroll away across the courtyard of the Manoir.
Facilities
The stunning open-plan living room has exposed beams and a feature fireplace. The room is equipped with satellite television, a DVD player and a sound system.
The sitting area is furnished with plenty of comfy seating and the dining area has a dining table and chairs to seat up to eight people.
During the cooler months of the year, central heating and the open log fire guarantee you a cosy break!
The separate kitchen/breakfast room is very well equipped with all the usual electrical appliances, including a dishwasher, a range cooker and a fridge-freezer.
A utility room with a washing machine is situated in the basement of the house.

Activities
Domaine-de-Lavie is in the Béarn region of south-west France. It is a wonderful area overflowing with historic sites, ancient châteaux, picturesque villages, lively markets and excellent cuisine. The magnificent scenery of the Pyrénées is an hour away for skiers, bird-watchers and walkers.
There are activities galore for everyone all year round. As well as tennis, horse riding and fishing, there are 15 golf courses within an hour’s drive for golfers and miles and miles of golden sands on the nearby Atlantic coast for surfers.
