Come and stay at 'Pachicot', named after the original owner who built it in 1773. Although it has been restored it has kept its authenticity: original terracotta tiles, wooden beams, huge walk-in fireplace etc. It is the ideal peaceful getaway. The house is surrounded by fields and forest. Awake to the chant of birds, lie by the pool, go for long walks or cycle on the many surrounding trails with a view on the Pyrenees. Anoye is on the Santiago de Compostella trails. Each season is special: in autumn trees are golden. Go looking for chestnuts, berries or mushrooms. The weather is still warm till November. In winter go skiing for the day. Christmas is magical here with the fire burning and the atmosphere. In Spring the wild flowers bloom and nature comes to life again. In summer it can get hot but swim in the pool (10 x 5), or sit under our centennial oak, or nap in the house where thick walls keep the heat out. Come with family or friends, for a holiday to remember.

The house is ideally located 1 hour from the Pyrenees mountains for great hiking, 1 hour from the Atlantic ocean and great beaches (Biarrtiz, St Jean de Luz) and 1 hour from the Spanish boarder, all an easy day trip.

It is in the countryside and there are plenty of nice villages, chateaux and wineries to visit. Tourist leaflets in English are available at the house.

Someone greets you upon arrival to show you around the house and answer any questions. You can contact us by phone if you have any problems during your stay.

There are bikes available, plenty of games, DVDs, a GameCube and books. There is enough outdoor seating for 12 people and a Spanish plancha for those hot summer nights.

We provide linen and cleaning products. We also provide a cleaning service at extra cost.

Low Season Price : £850 High Season Price : £1250 per Week		View Availability Calendar
Change over on Saturdays only during High season. 30% of payment on booking. Amount due to be paid 6 weeks before start of rental by bank transfer. Security deposit on arrival £150 to be paid on arrival, will be given back on departure day. Cancellations made earlier will forfeit the 30% deposit only. Cancellations in the last six weeks will forfeit the entire rent unless the property can be re-let on the same terms. Payment by bank transfer or Paypal.
