An ideally located apartment situated on the 8th floor of a luxury residence by the sea. 2 lifts in the residence. Large studio (125 sq ft)composed of an entrance hall + fitted fully equipped kitchenette, very bright main room with large windows(dining room with a table and 4 chairs and an extraordiary view; living-room with sofa -convertible into a bed which can sleep 2 people-, TV set, radio, CD player, DVD player...; bedroom with wardrobe and drawers, 2 single beds next to each other -forming a double bed), bathroom and terrace accessible via a French window from the main room which offers an exceptionally spectacular and totally non obstructed view over the ocean and the Pyrennes Mountains. The terrace has a table with 4 chairs and is ideal to use for breakfast,lunch or diner -when weather allows. One of the beaches is across the street and can be accessed by a small set of stairs. 2 other beaches are also acessible within a 5 minute walk: both are popular surfing beaches. The residence is within 5 minutes walking distance to the city center/shopping area. A concierge, who lives on the premises is available for assistance during the day. Bed sheets, blankets, towels, table cloth and napkins are provided. Washing machine, ironing board and iron, hair dryer and dish washer...
