The apartment is ideally situated 200 metres from the beach with lots of other beaches nearby. An 18-hole golf course is 3 minutes away by car with several others in the region. There are restaurants, a supermarket, fishmonger, newsagent and a chemist all within walking distance (2 minutes). The town centre and the marketplace are 4/5 by car, 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bus. The bus stop is 20 metres from the apartment. 
Inside the apartment the sunny lounge is tastefully furnished with cable TV (French and Spanish), DVD, Hi-Fi, books, games, 2 settees (1 converts to a double bed). Double doors open onto a south-facing balcony with a view of the mountains and a small sea view. A table and 4 chairs make it an ideal place to have an aperitif. 
The kitchen is fully equipped with 3 electric plaques, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board is a plus. Double doors from the kitchen lead onto a large enclosed balcony (used as a dining room with table and chairs). There are 2 spacious double bedrooms. The bathroom has 2 sinks and an Italian shower. Separate WC. 
The situation of this spacious, comfortable, very sunny apartment makes it ideal for holidays in all seasons with easy access by car, plane or train. All activities sea, beach, thalassotherapie, horse riding, golf, restaurants, the Pyrenees, Spain practically on your doorstep.
