Vacation Rental Description
The house "au trois pots de fleurs", "In the Three Flowerpots" is a traditonally built small country house, with its 19th century original furniture. the center of the house is the country kitchen, with its big dining table and the wood stove. The blue room is a bedroom with a double bed ; the yellow room has a work desk, armchairs, library and another double bed. The glass house is a play room with in the alcove an extra single bed. In the summer, most of the activities take place outside, the house has a big pleasant garden and a comfortable patio with a roof to garanty freshness and shadow, a dining table and a barbecue. We provide deckchairs for sunbathing. 
For water fun, there is an inflated pool. 
Animals are welcome. 
 
The Bearn is the ultimate dream for wine amateurs and gourmets ; the local wineries take visitors every day and the small typical restaurants sometimes well hidden in the countryside serve the local food ; preserved duck, foie gras, local beef...No mass tourism here but a rich historical country to discover with its roman churches and chateaus ; in the village Mascaraàs, you can take a guided tour in the chateau that is still lived in : more than 12 historical rooms with art treasures to discover. 
You can go to the terrain de boule ar go for a walk in the hills - follow the circuit ! One village further there's a small country golf court. The nearest shops are in Garlin at a 5 minutes drive. 
 
From the house, you can easily discover the mountains, the Pyrenees, on a day trip ; you're not far from the Landes either and the department of the Gers, towards the East, is worthtwhile to travel through. We provide plenty of ideas for daytrips. 
 
Pau, the nearest big city with its British history, offers other possibilities ; go to the beautiful shops in the city centre and don't miss a cup of tea on the Boulevard des Pyrenees. Henry the fourth already knew what was perfect !
