Top Barn has 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a double and single bed and a en-suite shower room with view of open fields.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds with views of the garden and the valley below. Bedroom 3 has 3 single beds and again has views of the garden.
The dining/ kitchen area if fitted out for 12 although there is a max of 8 for sleeping so it is possible to rent other rooms on site on the room only basis and 12 can dine together.
There is a large lounge with French T.V and D.V.D, extra table and chairs for those board games. Another sitting area at the entrance with patio doors which open onto the upper decking area and again views of the mountains.
For those sun seekers all in private is the lower decking area with loungers, B.B.Q is in the garden.
Also the kitchen is fitted out with Dish Washer, 2 fridges, microwave, eye level over, Hob with 4 rings, toaster and electric kettle. Washing machine on site.

The property was inspected by the local tourist board on 17.6.08 and awarded 3 etoiles (Stars)

Just 5 mins in the car is the aventure parc and this is for mums and dads as well.
We have the famous Cols from the Tour De France in the past and maybe next year, in 50 miles radius is the Col du Somport, Soulor, Aubisque, Marie Blanque and the Osquich. Although you may not be a cyclist the views are well worth the drive out.
Walking and hiking we have 32 signed circuit routes in the valley alone and many more in the joining valleys, for the experts we have the mountains guided or unguided.
The above routes can be used for mountain bikes.
Cimes rally for the 4x4 this is the 1st weekend in September and it is free.
Motor racing around the streets of Pau, last weekend in May and the 1st weekend in June (Please ask for the exact dates)
Aramits hosts the sheepdog trials plus other attractions 3rd weekend in September, this gathers strength each year.
All through the summer months are other village fetes and of course you can visit the vineyards for wine tasting

100 Euros non refundable is required to confirm the booking and the balance 30 days before the start of the holiday. 150 Euros damage bond is also require to be paid with the balance. This will be refunded by post within 7 days if the gites are left clean and with out damage. If canceled after the final payment has been paid we only refund the money if we can re let the accommodation so we recommend you take out holiday insurance.
