Samacoitsea is our latest luxury development that opened in June 2006. It consists of 3 beautiful, old, wooden beamed buildings that have been completey renovated by local artisans, using natural materials and supervised by an award winning architect. There are 9 apartments, all very spacious and light, for between 2 and 6 people. There is a 16m x 8m swimming pool, children's playground and the views over the surrounding countryside and the mountains are superb!
Samacoitsea is situated just outside the village of Arraute Charritte, approx. 30mins from Biarritz.
The accomodation of 9 spacious apartments is split over two buildings. Each apartment has its own terrace or private balcony, big enough to comfortably eat outisde. We have specifically designed the apartments to be extremely generous in size and many feature two bathrooms.
There are great views from the property over the surrounding countryside towards the Pyrénées. The grounds feature a 16m x 8m swimming pool, childrens playground, table-tennis as well as relaxing, quiet areas of the gardens.

Upon arrival at Samacoitsea you will find a folder in your apartment which will give contact numbers and description for most of the activities above.

Dishwasher, Cable or Satellite Television, Cooking Utensils, DVD Player, Heating, Kitchen, Linen Service, Microwave, Parking, Refrigerator, Shared Pool, Stereo, TV, Washing Machine

We supply house linen with weekly change and final cleaning. There is also free Wifi access. All you have to do is bring your Wifi compatible computer.
During the high season of July and August we also have a bread and croissant delivery service the workings of which will be explained upon arrival.

Low Season Price : £330
High Season Price : £865 per Week

We take 20% deposit at booking and the balance plus the damage deposit of £100 8 weeks before arrival. We accept payment by French or English cheque or bank transfer into one of our accounts (UK, France, Germany, Ireland). We also accept credit card payment via PayPal.
In case of cancellation before balance payment we will refund the deposit if we manage to re-rent the apartment. If not, the deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation after balance payment the same conditions apply.
