Village de Loubas is a superb example of a picturesque hilltop hamlet, set in the heart of the Midi-Pyrenees region, South West France. We invite you to experience “French” life in one of our five beautifully restored 18th century stone French Farmhouses, each with its own individual style. Enjoy our luxury self-catering accommodation in a relaxing atmosphere. 
 
 
 
During the “Seventies” our globe trotting parents discovered this “gem” when they frequently travelled by car from Calais to Alicante in Spain. The region was an ideal stopping off point, they fell in love with the area and decided to set up home in one of the Farmhouses. As the family grew, so did the properties! The “Barns” as they were then, have each been lovingly restored to a very high standard of comfortable holiday accommodation. 
 
We offer you the choice of a one bedroom house for two, a two bedroom house for 4, a three bedroom house for 6, or a larger house with six bedrooms which gives you the option of two semi-detached properties, each with 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 14 – ideal for two families travelling on holiday together. Each property has a fully fitted 5 star kitchen, is comfortably furnished, has private and secluded well-established gardens with patio furniture. Each has its own parking space. 
 
Exclusive use of our pool, within a few short steps is a fabulous Mediterranean style, solar-heated sparkling swimming pool, 12m x 6 m (with saline water, kinder to the skin) for you to sunbathe or swim. The pool is gated for safety and has the added facility of a freshwater shower and ample supply of sunbeds.  
 
There is a bilingual (French & English) property manager resident on site all year to guarantee that your holiday will be problem free. The perfect self-catering solution for a wonderful holiday.

    • Maison A sleeps six to eight. It has three bedrooms, two shower rooms, a large living / dining room with French windows to a vine clad patio that contains garden furniture and a barbecue. The kitchen is large and airy and is fully equipped including a dishwasher as well as a washing machine in the laundry room. Maison A and Maison B are two semi-detached properties which are let as one in the high season. Maison B sleeps six and has three bedrooms, two bath / shower rooms, lounge / dining room, satellite TV, French window leading to patio (complete with garden furniture), fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.

    The Midi-Pyrenees offers an amazing opportunity to watch a wide variety of Birds of Prey including Buzzards, Eagles, Falcons, Kites and Vultures.
