Vacation Rental Description
Lavande de Meric is a large ancient farmhouse, with a wealth of oak beams and stonewalls. It offers two well equipped cottages for rental and has a large fenced swimming pool, surrounded by lawns and gardens.
We are situated in south west France, in the heart of the beautiful Lot et Garonne. It rests in a peaceful valley surrounded by fields of sunflowers and vineyards and is set in its own land. Close by is the small Roman town of Sainte Livrade on the river Lot and a further 8kms along the river is the bastide town of Villenueve sur Lot with its pavement cafes, restaurants and shops.
The 2 Gites
1. **Le Chai**
Le Chai has a large comfortable lounge. The dining area has a panoramic view across the valley. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge and a washing machine. There is a shower room with two separate wc's.
Upstairs there is a large sunny landing with glorious views.
Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.
Free sat tv and wi-fi.
Outside there is a terrace with table, chairs and a BBQ.
2. **La Maison** has french doors leading into an attractive lounge with a comfortable sitting area and a dining area with oak beams and a splendid fireplace. The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge, microwave and a washing machine.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a shower room with basin and W.C.
Free sat tv and wi-fi.
Outside there is a terrace with a BBQ and table and chairs.
The two houses, La Maison and Le Chai can be rented together and will sleep up to 10
