HIGH QUALITY FITTINGS AND FIXTURES, BEDDING AND TOWELS Table tennis / croquet /boules and swimming pool of 12m X 8m with ROMAN END are provided en-site which is situated on a hill top with spectacular views in all directions over a tributary valley of the River Lot - the Boudyssou. Private and secluded pool nearest neighbor approx 3/4mile. Available FOR CHRISTMAS/ NEW YEAR AND EASTER. PRIVATE USE OF POOL. COST PER WEEK IS AS PER RENTAL RATES SECTION.     • Whilst the accommodation is arranged in 2 large double rooms an additional single is available for a child sharing one of the double rooms with notice upon booking. During July a nearby farmhouse maybe occupied by the Owners and in which case additional sleeping accommodation may be possible subject to additional arrangement. The swimming pool is cleaned twice per week during the season by our groundsman as part of the normal management of the property. Cleaning during the stay is available at an additional charge of approx €20/per hour Pets accepted subject to a supplemental charge available on request.

    • Malvinie is located within the small hamlet of Cazideroque which falls within the Lot-et-Garonne Département in the Aquitaine region of France. Cazideroque has just over 260 inhabitants and stands at an altitude of 150m. Many historical sites and villages and markets to visit. The region relies heavily on rural activities for a living. Prunes, amongst other things, are a local crop that you will find being sold at many of the seasonal markets in the area. Nearest airports Bergerac, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Rodez and Carcassonne Fly from LGW/LHR, Stansted, Liverpool and East MIdlands Southampton, Bristol, Exeter. Brimingham, Leeds, Norwich, Manchester. Discount on these rates available for long term lets.
