A delightful and peaceful detached villa nestling in beautiful countryside, only 30 minutes drive from Bergerac airport. Only 5kms from Miramont de Guyenne, a bastide town with all facilities. The villa is ideally located in the south west to explore the nearby Dordogne, Bordeaux, Pyrenees, Biarritz and on into Spain or the French Riviera.

Au Goutil is a spacious villa with two large double bedrooms and a lounge with large French doors opening onto the front patio and garden. The main living areas are on a single level with easy access from the road. Also on the ground floor is a large kitchen/dinning room, bathroom and separate w.c. On the lower floor are utility rooms and a garage.

The villa is situated in its own large mature gardens (5000 sq. mtrs) and is surrounded by countryside and views. To the west side of the house is a private swimming pool, the pool is a full ‘in the ground’ pool 8m x 4m, and is private to the villa occupants only.

We are happy to accept bookings starting and ending on any day of the week and for any length of stay subject to the following minimum nights stay.

Low & Mid Season Minimum of 5 nights
High Season Minimum of 7 nights

A refundable security/breakage deposit of £150 per booking is charged with final payment.
A 25% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
Final payment is due 8 week prior to the arrival date.
