This completely renovated house is located just outside the village of Saint Aubin in the department Lot-et-Garonne. You can walk to the “boulanger” for fresh bread in the morning and also to the public tennis court nearby. This property is surrounded by about 1500m² of land, with a private swimming pool and has a fabulous view all around the house. Inside are 4 spacious bedrooms and a very large living room with kitchen which gives on a covered terrace by the pool. 
Saint Aubin is situated in the region of the medieval villages called bastides and castles like Monflanquin, Villeréal, Villeneuve sur Lot, Biron and Bonaguil. It is not far away from the delicious vineyards of Bergerac, Monbazillac and Cahors. A daytrip to the Dordogne is ideal. 
 
Living room: with fireplace, sitting area with sofa, television and a very large table with chairs for 10. 
Kitchen area: with hob, oven, fridge and freezing compartment, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. 
4 Bedrooms: (2x90 wide), (2x90 wide), (2x90 wide), (1x140 wide with own shower room). 
2 bathrooms: 1 with shower, 1 with bath and shower cabin, washbasins,. 2 separate toilets. 
Large garden, 2 covered terraces, garden furniture, sun beds and barbecue. 
Private swimming pool: 10m x 5m and with alarm system and roman steps. 
Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the price.

Swimming: on location. Canoeing: Lot and Dordogne. Tennis: 200 m. Horse riding, cycling, hiking in the neighbourhood. Shops: 300 m and 6 km.
