This completely renovated house is located just outside the village of Saint Aubin in the department Lot-et-Garonne. You can walk to the “boulanger” for fresh bread in the morning and also to the public tennis court nearby. This property is surrounded by about 1500m² of land, with a private swimming pool and has a fabulous view all around the house. Inside are 4 spacious bedrooms and a very large living room with kitchen which gives on a covered terrace by the pool.
Saint Aubin is situated in the region of the medieval villages called bastides and castles like Monflanquin, Villeréal, Villeneuve sur Lot, Biron and Bonaguil. It is not far away from the delicious vineyards of Bergerac, Monbazillac and Cahors. A daytrip to the Dordogne is ideal.
