‘Lafaurie’ is a traditionally renovated old country farmhouse, located close to the Dordogne border. Enjoying a quiet rural setting, ‘Lafaurie’ is conveniently situated just a few minutes from the well supplied market towns of Miramont de Guyenne and Eymet with supermarkets, bars, cafés, bakers, butchers, fishmongers and its wonderful markets. The Gîte is entirely self contained with private gardens, swimming pool, access and parking. The house has been carefully restored to blend original character with all modern conveniences and thus still enjoys exposed stone walls, exposed beams, tiled and terracotta floors and shuttered windows. A large covered veranda overlooks a shaded terrace and is surrounded by maturing shrubs, flowers and fruit trees and a natural source fed spring trickles through the garden. La Faurie has the option of 3 or 4 bedrooms to sleep between 6 or 8 people. Linen and towels can be provided.
