Our beautifully restored 18th century cottage and pigeonnier is completely independent from the main house and has its own fenced garden set in 13 acres with splendid views across unspoilt fields and woodland. Exclusive use of large 12x6m pool with roman steps in a private position. It has a large decking area for sunbathing, equipped with sun loungers, a parasol and a summer kitchen, complete with fridge. The cottage is all on one level with original beams and adjoins the pigeonnier by a short covered terrace. Within the cottage is open plan spacious living with modern well equipped kitchen/dining area. The lounge is very pretty complet with log burning stove. There is an extremely large bedroom with french window onto the terrace. The second bedroom is in the romantic pigeonnier on the second floor with shower room en-suit. With a pretty room at the top of the tower. Close to the market town of Villeneuve-sur-lot, with all its amenities.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance is due no later than eight weeks prior to holiday. A refundable security deposit of £150 is payable with the balance to cover breakages, damage or excessive cleaning. This will be returned after departure, provided all is in order.
