The Quercy Blanc stone house has a large garden and nearly 29 acres.
There is a West facing covered terrace overlooking the valley for “al-fresco”
dining with views of the hills and valley with the setting sun. The spacious Sitting
room has an open fireplace, beamed ceilings and satellite TV, a DVD and a Hi Fi
player.
The Kitchen is well equipped with a cooker, kettle, microwave, fridge and
dishwasher. The house has 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and is comfortably furnished
throughout. Bedroom (1) upstairs has a large Queen sized double bed, with en-suite
Bathroom. Stairs lead down to 3 further Double bedrooms, one with double bed,
and two with twin beds. One of the twin bedrooms has double doors that open
out to the garden at the front. There is a second Bathroom, and washing machine.

The swimming pool (12 x 6 metres) is secluded behind the house with magnificent
views and Mature trees. The surrounding land consists of fields & oak woodlands
