Colombe de Mathieu has two air-conditioned floors and a liveable area of 130m². It has been furnished with great care. The secluded and private house lies on the bank of a brook in a heavily forested and hilly landscape. It has its own entrance and private parking place. 
 
On the ground floor is the living area, a well equiped kitchen with a gas stove, a second kitchen with dish washer, refrigerator, freezer and washing machine and a shower room with a shower, basin and lavatory. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a large double bed and its own private shower room with shower,lavatory and basin. 
On the first floor is a big landing with two bedrooms, with two single beds each, and the main bathroom with bath, shower, lavatory and basin.  
 
In front of the house is a big terrace and there is plenty of garden furniture and a gas-BBQ with lava stones. 
 
There is a unique, covered and heated swimming pool (10m x 5m) so you can swim the whole year around. The cover can be put totally aside so the pool is in the open air. Round the pool are sun beds and a table with chairs. 
Under the cover is also the infra-red sauna with chromo therapy and CD-player.

Included in the price: bed linen, tea towels, bath towels. Please bring your own swimming towels. There is a high chair and a baby bed with all bed linen available. Extra services: Grocery supplies on arrival, babysitting, taxi service. Gas and water are included in the price. Current consumption (only for the house, not for the pool and sauna) is charged when you leave. Smoking is not allowed on the first floor or in the bedrooms. The house is available from Saturday to Saturday, arrival from 16h and departure at 10h. Please leave the house cleaned or you can have us lean it for € 60,00.

Colombe de Mathieu lies in an agricultural area with forests and fields with sunflowers, maize and tabacoo. On walking distance (200m) is a horseback riding place with restaurant where you can eat the most delicious local meals for a friendly price, wine included! The meat is grilled in the open fire place.  
If you like walking, fishing, cycling, horse riding, paragliding, mountain biking, swimming, or just being lazy or reading a book ........ this is the place to be.  
The nearest village Bourg-de-Visa (1 km) houses a bank, post office, a little super market, a bakery, a pharmacy, a garage and a tobacoo store where you can by English newspapars.  
There are beautifull fortified hilltop villages (bastides, 12th and 13th century). You will find them in Beauville, Lauzerte, Tournon-d'Agenais, Puymirol and Monflanquin. Interesting towns to visit are Agen, Villeneuve-sur-Lot or Moissa with its famous monastery.
