Situated in Vieux Boucau, a typical seaside village 12 km from Hossegor in the south coast of the Landes, in a quiet, residential area close to shops and the beach, the villa “Les Arbousiers” stands in the middle of an enclosed, wooded garden, in complete privacy and ideal for a relaxing break.

Built on one level, the villa has a spacious, bright open-plan living/dining room with glass doors leading onto the south-facing terrace with a big, outdoor dining table.

The large, fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dinning-room. There are two bedrooms with double beds and two with two singles; one bathroom, one shower room and two separate WCs. Garage.
