Our house is located in a peaceful service street of Sanguinet, near a large fresh water lake and at a distance of 18 km from the Atlantic coast (Biscarrosse-Plage).  
 
The detached house is surrounded by a 900 m² large, fenced garden. The holiday home built in 1992 has 170 m² and offers you lots of living space. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lavish entrance area, living area and dining area with an open, fully-equipped built-in kitchen. It is best suited for 6 people.  
 
Large window fronts, bright pine furniture, a high-quality lounge suite (all in a well-tended condition) and an open fireplace provide for a friendly and comfortable atmosphere.  
 
Likewise, a garage and a laundry room with washing machine and drier are made available for you. Terraces run around the entire house so that you can always pick out sunny or shady places for yourself.
