The ground floor apartment at Moliets et Maa is newly refurbished and sleeps 6. It has a fitted kitchen and is fully equipped. There are large glass sliding doors to the private gardens of the residence with views to the championship golf course and the swimming pool. A short walk takes you you all amenities and onto the fantastic beach on the silver coast renowned for surfing. The apartment sleeps 6 with a double bedroom, a sleeping alcove with bunk beds and a sofa bed in the open plan living area. It is tastefully furnished and the enclosed terrace enables you to dine here with lovely views all year by opening the glass sliding doors in the summer and closing them when it gets chilly in the evening. The apartment has electric heating to enable all year rental, perfect for taking a break out of season. With a designated parking place and secure storage for equipment, this apartment is ideal for beach holidays where there many activities are on offer.

The beach at Moliets is renowned for surfing, also on the beach during July and August are beach volley and trampoling. The beach has lifeguards during the summer. There are a number of walking trails including the pilgrims route of St Jacques de Compostelle and the GR8. Numerous cycle tracks through the pine forests. Roller skating, acrobatic trails in the trees.

Low Season Price : €350 High Season Price : €990 per Week
We ask for a deposit of 150€to secure a booking and payment of the balance 8 weeks before arrival. If you book less than 8 weeks before arrival we ask for the full amount at the time of booking. We will send you 2 copies of a contract for you to sign and return a copy to us. We accept payment via Paypal, there is no need for you to have a Paypal account to make a payment, or by French cheques.
