Starting from the house, tracks in the forest (mountain biking, hiking) leads to the Soustons Lake and its base of leisures (2 km) or for the most sporting to the waves of atlantic ocean (7 km).

Balance payment: 3 weeks before arrival. Deposits: security deposit of 1000 euros for eventual damages, cleaning deposit of 130 euros for cleaning at the end of your stay (refunded in full if you handle the cleaning).
