The villa has a secure private garden south facing with own pool.It comprises of living/dining/kitchen area. Large patio with built in B-B-Q's surrounded by decking with hammock, garden furniture and recliners. Table and chairs under the awning make it the perfect place for eating al-fresco. Spa pool with solar heated shower. The sitting room has two armchairs and 2 large settees and coffee table. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is also a large fridge. There is a big deep freezer in the garage. There are 4 Bedrooms ,2 x double beds and 2 x 2 single beds.Two toilets/showers one with bath. Linen and towels are available free of charge. Private off the road parking. The villa is set in a pinewood forest which provides for a tranquil relaxing holiday.The beach ideal for surfing is 1.0km. For the house guests there is free use of adult and children's bicycles, buggy boards for the beach and a large box of toys. Golf clubs are also available upon request. There are plenty of cycling paths. It is 0.5 kms to village with shops restaurants and cafes/bars.

We have a strictly no smoking policy except outside. Golf clubs are available upon request and there a 3 championship golf courses within 15 minutes. Bed Linen and towels are available free of charge. There is a large Deep freezer and a Deep-fat-fryer. There are Hairdryers in each bathroom. First aid kits, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers and fire blanket are situation in the kitchen. There is an iorn and iorning board. We have a full liberary with a take a book and leave a book system. Brochures and maps for the local area and further afield are available.

The nearby town of Saint-Paul-Les-Dax is famous for its Terminal Spa with treatments to suit all. The village has Tennis Courts and Archery.The local beach is famous for is surf with surfing schools near by.There is a Sardine festival with local music and wine. The next village Vieux Boucau holds a market selling everything from local produce, fish,hams, cheeses and wines to shoes and cloths, and the Foie gras which is a speciality of the area. The pizza parlour in the village is excellent and has a take-away service. Auberge du Soleil Restaurant in Azur 5 minutes away serves up local Duck cuisine at its best. Visit Guy Dutirou, our local wine producer in Messange and see a modern winery at close hand.The vines are manually harvested and produce Vin des Sables (wine from the sand) opens daily.Within 40mins drive south is the beautiful towns of Biarritz and San Sabastian or head north to Bordeaux and east to Lourdes.
