Vacation Rental Description
The villa is elegantly furnished and equipped with all home comforts to provide you with the perfect holiday.
The ground floor has a large living room area, with 3 sets of sliding patio windows opening onto the terraces and swimming pool, a beautiful fully fitted breakfast kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet.
On the first floor there are a further three double bedrooms, a family bathroom, separate toilet and a spacious mezzanine lounge opening onto an attractive balcony overlooking the pool.
Television, DVD, CD players, ADSL, WIFI connection for your laptop and telephone are all provided for your convenience and comfort. If you like cooking and entertaining, you will find everything to hand from the dishwasher to the champagne glasses.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are provided with good quality bed linen and towels and these are changed weekly. There are ample storage facilities, mirrors etc., and hairdryers are provided in the bathrooms.
All of the windows in the villa are fitted with external roller shutter blinds. The house is also equipped with a fully automatic centrally heating system and log burning fireplace for those of you planning your holidays in winter.
The villa is situated in a small tree lined avenue and is approached through an electrically operated front gate. There is ample space for 3 or 4 cars to be parked in the driveway. A security intercom system operates between the front gate and the villa.
The Ground Floor:
The front entrance leads to a large hallway with a staircase to the first floor. Leading off the hallway are the two ground floor bedrooms. Bedroom 1 at the rear of the house measures 3.5 m x 3 metres (11 ft 6 in x 10 ft) and faces north. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds and spacious built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 2 at the front of the house measures 3.2 metres x 3.6 metres (10 ft 6 in x 12 ft). and faces south. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and generous built-in wardrobe space. Serving bedrooms is a fully tiled shower room with vanity unit and separate toilet.
The Living Area:
Approached through double doors off the hall way is the lounge / dining room. The room is elegantly furnished with comfortable lounge chairs, dining table and chairs, TV, DVD and an "open" log burning fireplace. The living area features large sliding glass patio doors to the south and east sides of the room leading directly onto to the terraces, garden and swimming pool.
The First Floor:
There are three further double bedrooms on the first floor, all with double beds, and ample storage space. Bedroom 3 is at the rear of the house and measures 3.5 metres x 3.2 metres (11 ft 6 in x 10 ft 6 in). Bedroom 4 is also at the rear of the house and measures 4.0 metres x 3.5 metres (13 ft x 11 ft 6 in). Bedroom 5 is at the south side of the house and measures 3.65 metres x 3.2 metres (12 ft x 10 ft 6 in). Serving the three first floor bedrooms is a fully tiled family bathroom with bath, separate shower, vanity unit and separate toilet. Leading from the landing, there is a large mezzanine lounge area and balcony overlooking the pool.
The Pool Area:
The swimming pool, with an average depth of 1.5 metres, is fully tiled in mosaics. The pool is equipped with a fully automatic salt water system which will guarantee a perfect natural chlorine and PH level at all times. The system, which doesn't involve the use of chemical water treatments, allows you to swim without having uncomfortable sore eyes. The pool is surrounded by the garden and ceramic tiled terrace where you will find a dining table and chairs to accommodate up to 10 people. There is an ample supply of sun beds and parasols for the sun worshippers. The garden is equipped with a fully automatic programmed watering system which is set to work early in the morning. But be warned, the early birds, may get a little wet.

Le Domaine du Golf at Biscarrosse is an ideal base for exploring the wonderful countryside, coast and lakes in this beautiful area of South West France.
Whatever your interests, you won't be disappointed; for walkers and horse riding, its a wonderful part of the world; for water sports, superb surfing conditions and surfing schools, water skiing, boat hire, fishing.
You will be spoiled for choice. The gastronomy of the region is a plate of a delicious mixture of products from the sea and the land. On the tables of La Lande, seafood sits beside foie gras and duck's breasts with the added spice of Iberia.
Biscarrosse Plage:
10 minutes drive from the house takes you to the beach at Biscarrosse. Wonderful sandy beaches with lots of water sports and good seafood restaurants.
