Grand Tauzia is an old farmhouse/family home. It is set just outside the rural village of Bergouey in the countryside of Les Landes in the South West of France. It has a lovely sunny climate. The surrounding area has many small roads that are exellent for cycling. It is possible to rent mountain bikes. You can make country walks, play golf or enjoy canoeing. Nearby are the glorious beaches of Aquitaine.

The house has a cosy living room with open fire and comfortable sitting area. There is a TV, video, hi-fi system, board and other games, books and magazines.
There are 4 spacious double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom and a sepatare toilet and two bedrooms have there own private bathroom with shower and toilet. One of the bedrooms can, on request, be changed into a triple.
The Kitchen is well-equipped. There are a large gas cooker with an oven, a fridge, dishwasher and various household appliances. There is a washing machine and iron. Each bathroom has a hair drier.

Low Season Price : €650
High Season Price : €1300 per Week

All prices on the internet are current for 2008. The prices are per week. Price including gas, electricity, bed linen and bath towels, cleaningcosts. You can book your holiday by telephone, e-mail, fax or by post. We require an initial payment of 20 % of the total cost within 14 days. The outstanding amount must be paid 8 weeks before your arrival. At the day of your arrival we ask a deposit of £ 200.-. In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your booking, the cancellation must be submitted in writing. Up to 8 weeks before arrival, 80% of the total amount will be paid back. Up to 6 weeks before the arrival, 60% of the total amount will be paid back. And so on. Within 2 weeks of the arrival, there is no restitution.
In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel your holiday due to the circumstances beyond our control, the total amount of the reservation will be paid back, however, without compensation of any damage.
