Large farmhouse table with seating for 6, and comfortable sofa and armchairs. This large main beamed living room overlooks part of the large private enclosed garden which is surrounded by vines. 
 
Three bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin bedded bedrooms, with a bathroom with bath, overhead shower and a separate wc. All the bedrooms are a good size with new furnishings throughout. There is heating making it suitable for use all year round. 
 
Large enclosed garden with garden furniture overlooking vineyards, with a varied collection of fruit trees. 
 
We occupy the adjoining house and have a separate entrance and garden from the gite, I am on hand should you require anything.
