This house is situated in the heart of the medoc on the edge of the town of Lesparre. Lesparre has shops, a market, supermarkets, bars and restaurant. It is surrounded by wine producing villages and forests.

The house itself is a half an hour walk from the centre of Lesparre but in a quiet little hamlet. It has a large garden and covered dining area ideal for eating out or just drinking wine watching the sun go down.

Within 20 - 30 minutes by car are a number of beach towns: Montalivet with a daily market and beautiful beach, Hourtin with a surfing beach, boating marina or quiet bathing lake, Soulac with shops and restaurants too. With only a short drive there a re a number of chateaux well worth a visit it you like your wine!

Bordeaux is within an hour away. It has a convenient park and ride and is a bustling city with all its attractions.

Charming little house in the heart of the Medoc on the edge of the town on Lesparre. This 3 bedroomed house is surrounded by vineyards and forests. It is in a beautiful yet peaceful location but with plenty to see and do.

We bought this property because we love the region. There is lots going on in Bordeaux and it is easy to get to yet..
