St.Leger de Vignague is a quiet hamlet 3km from Sauveterre de Guyenne, an historic bastide town in the heart of the Bordeaux wine region. Our houses stand in large grounds with activities for all the family including a 12x6m pool. Each house has a private barbecue area with its own access to the pool. The houses have been recently furnished and make an ideal base from which to explore the Gironde from the beaches in the west to the Lascaux caves in the east.

There is a lovely dedicated bicycle route to Bordeaux (55 kms) along the old railway track. The region has many Vinyards and winetasting can be fun! St Emilion and Sauternes are nearby. The beach is less than 2 hours drive to the west with the largest sand dune in Europe, the dune de Pyla, at Arcachon. To the east there are the the pre-historic caves with their paintings including Lascaux among others.

Rental Rates

				Low Season Price:	£100 per Week
				High Season Price:	£700 per Week

We like to take full payment 6 weeks before arrival. This is then not refundable unless we can re-let the property. For this reason a travel insurance is recommended. Long term lets over the winter period are negotiable. Rent would normally be in the region of €400 per month with bill paid by the tenant.
