Vacation Rental Description
From the terrace (which has table, chairs, BBQ and wood arbour under the acacia tree), the front door leads into the hall. Off the hall is a very large double living/dining room with seating for 8 persons,2 huge sofas,terracotta floors, TV 40" Sony,English and French satellite, video, DVD,games and plenty of books. French windows open onto the garden.

Across the hall is the large fitted kitchen with gas range. American fridge, dishwasher,and very well equiped! old chimney. We have a separate laundry room. Off the kitchen is the downstairs toilet, plus separate shower room. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms all to the front of the house and overlooking the private garden. 2 double (one en-suite ), 2 with 2 single beds and a family shower room with toilet. The 10x5 salt swimming pool is located at the side of the house across a small driveway, with approved security cover and sun loungers and wood arbour for extra shade.

To the rear of the house,we have covered hangar,you will find the Table Tennis, various outdoor games.

    We Accept payment by PayPal We will confirm your booking on receipt of the completed booking form and 20% deposit cheque. Balance The balance of the outstanding rental is due eight weeks before the rental commences; we will send you a reminder in time as late payment could result in cancellation. Damages deposit Kindly pay the £200/200 euros damages deposit with the balance of your rental. We will refund your damages deposit within three weeks from the end of your holiday; obviously deducting any replacement costs for breakages if applicable. We inspect our houses after each rental to ensure that nothing has been broken, also excessive cleaning costs will be applied if the house is very dirty. Cancellations Insurance should be taken out to protect against cancellations, which need to be made in writing. If a cancellation is made more that eight weeks before the start of the rental then the deposit will be
