RUE ROLLAND is a lovely first floor apartment in the heart of the Bordeaux City Centre within walking distance to most of the sites, restaurants, theaters, museums and wine bars. The apartment is very close to Place Gambetta and a short stroll down to the stunning Jardin de Public.
When entering the apartment and off the hall you approach a charming bedroom with a standard double bed, period marble fireplace, wooden parquet flooring and a freestanding wardrobe.
Along the hallway is the master bedroom which has a large double bed sitting on wooden parquet floors and there is ample fitted wardrobe space. There is also a hand basin in this room. Leading off from the master bedroom is a study/dressing room with an internal window looking into the hall.
Along the hall is a modern fitted shower room with a superbly spacious shower, toilet and hand basin. This room also houses the washing machine.
The Living Room has wooden parquet flooring, a fireplace, comfortable sofas and a dining table with seating for four people. This room has a lovely large window which brightens the room from the courtyard light well. There is wifi, cable tv, a hifi system as well as a dvd player.
Through the living room is the fully fitted galley kitchen. The kitchen is a bespoke, handmade fitted kitchen, perfectly designed to fit into this compact space, whilst maximizing on storage and working surface. There is a granite work surface and draining board, an electric halogen hob and self cleaning fan assisted oven. There is also a microwave and a large fridge. It is fully equipped with cutlery, dinner services for 4 people, pots, pans, casserole dishes, glasses and the most important wine bottle opener.

Rue Rolland is in the heart of the Bordeaux City Centre within walking distance to most of the sites, restaurants, theaters, museums, galleries and wine bars. The apartment is very close to Place Gambetta and a short stroll down to the stunning Jardin de Public where you will find a great city centre park with Botanical gardens. Rue St Catherine with all the high street shopping you need is a 5min stroll away. Place Grand Homme is around the corner with a supermarket, fantastic delicatessens and an amazing fromagerie. This area is full of wonderful boutique clothes shops, ideal to just pop out and pick up a one off item for your wardrobe. The Grand Theatre is a stunning theatre which hosts some fabulous performances as well as having it's own Philharmonic orchestra. Bordeaux is such a welcoming cultural City ready to be explored from your own apartment.
