It looks out onto the small street which is very quiet. There is a good sized sitting / dining room with a 3 seater leather sofa which pulls out into a 160cm bed. This can be a useful set up for families with children. The dining table pulls out from a 4 seater to 6 seater if necessary. There is an entrance hall which leads to the fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven and all you could possibly need including coffee machine and cafetière, toaster and electric kettle.
The bathroom has a bath and shower in the bath, as well as a basin. There is a seperate W.C. A handy box room for storing suitcases, and housing ironing board also has a place to hang washing. We think that we have thought of everything that you could possibly want!

The appartment has everything one could need for a short stay including hairdryer. The Wifi internet connection and telephone are included in the price as well as cable TV with numerous channels.

The appartment is situated really near to everything, with shopping on one's doorstep, a carrefour supermarket about 50 meters at the "Grands Hommes" shopping centre, the tramway is a 2 minute walk, as are numerous restaurants.
The theatre and cinemas are close by too. If you want to venture further and don't have a car, there are bicycles available just round the corner.
