In a 1793 building, an attic flat, on the 4th floor, entirely renovated, calm, bright, comfortable, refined decoration. Tram in front of the building (direct to train station). Tourist office (airport shuttle), all shops, restaurants and main sightseeing attractions at walking distance.
The flat has 4 rooms : One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. In the Living room, 2 sofas and one double bed. The kitchenette is in the dining room.
Two bathrooms with shower, two toilets, two TV, full linen.

Bordeaux is in the heart of a very large and old wine area, and you will go for wine tastings in famous Medoc châteaux. It is also 60 km from the sea, 200 km from Spain and the mountains. There are many lakes and beautiful scenary around town. The town vast world heritage site has recently been totaly cleaned and the quays along the Garonne river developed.

Low Season Price per night(minimum 3 nights): 80 € High Season Price (minimum 3 nights): 90 € View Availability Calendar A deposit amounting to 30% of the rental cost is required with your booking and the balance is due on your arrival. These can be paid by cheque in French Euro cheque, bank transfer or paypal. We ask for a security deposit of 300 euros payable on your arrival. This will be repaid (less any costs for damages and breakages) within 2 weeks after your departure. Electricity, gas, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Last day cleaning is included in the rental price. Arrivals are from 4.00 pm and departures before 10.00 am.
