Canoes are for rent in Tocane St. Apre, Riberac and Lisle. There is a beautiful lake (Lac Jemaye) 15 km away, which is espacially suited for little children. Walking and horse-riding is a real pleasure in this unspoiled area. This is the region of castles, roman churches and beautiful villages like Brantome; Bergerac and Perigueux. Lovely markets on Monday; Thursday and Friday. Nearest villages are 5 kilometres away, so a car is necessary.
