Ideal for a family or suitable for two couples to share. There is lots of relaxation areas in the garden, with shade and sunbathing areas. Secure car parking.  
The property has a double/twin bedroom on the ground floor with private shower and toilet. Large Ikea fitted kitchen with usual fridge freezer, gas cooker, washing machine, dish washer etc. microwave. Large communal lounge with free to view television wi-fi accessibility, stereo DVD player. Pine country farmhouse table seats six. First floor has a small lounge/twin bedroom depending on need, and a large double bedroom with full bathroom and separate toilet. 
All beautifully and sympathetically restored with modern fittings where possible and stone interior walls.

    • We can provide a babies cot, high chair, table & chairs etc.for children. All poolside crockery provided is plastic for safety. iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner, clothes area, outdoor barbecue, patio chairs and table for six. Comfortable poolside loungers with new pads. All swimming towels also provided. Parking private and secure. Cycle hire available locally.

    • As we are in the centre of the wine region, wine tastings can be organised where required.  
    We have an excellent leisure lake within 10 minutes drive, with a beach and water chute for children. Also has restaurants and bars. Local village for bakery, and restaurant. Pharmacy local shop. Our local supermarket is in Montpon 5 kms which has all amenities including a tourist information office. Local markets take place every day of the week. Some evening markets in season with entertainment and food. 
    Bergerac is 30 minutes drive, with St. Emilion the wine centre medieval village a comfortable drive through the vines. Bordeaux a new world heritage site is 1 hour away. Nearest ocean beach is Arcachon just beyond Bordeaux.

    Changeover day Saturday arrival after 4pm.Departure before 10am. a 25% nonrefundable deposit required on booking. If deposit is not received within one week, property will be readvertised. Remaining balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.A security deposit of £250.payable on arrival will be refunded within one week of departure. Linen & all towels provided, changeable each week. Minimum let one week in season.
