The cottage is on the side of the valley and enjoys spectacular views over the 12thC village of Calviac.
The modern fully equipped kitchen has views over the valley. The spacious lounge opens onto the terraceand is furnished with twoleather sofas, welsh dresser, and glass top dining table.
Both bedrooms are light and airy with beamed vaulted ceilings. The master bedroom has a sitting room area, ceiling fan, and is ensuite with toilet washbasin and bidet. French doors lead directly onto a garden terrace. The main bathroom is in the pigonnier has shower, vanity unit and toilet. There are two garden areas. One houses the pool and patio area with table and chairs for eating outside. The other two tiered, one having an ancient ruin, and the other a grassed terrace. A barbeque area lies between the two. Both garden areas have spectacular, but quite different, panoramic views.
