The house is recently decorated and extremely well equipped to ensure that you all you need to have a fabulous and relaxing holiday. The house has large and spacious rooms and are furnished to a high standard. There are two separate lounge areas one on each floor so it is ideal for families who wish to share but also want some individual space.There are three double and two twin bedrooms and bed linen and towels are all provided.
The kitchen and lounge both lead out onto a covered terrace, there is also a traditionaln french BBQ and a second eating area.There is a food welcome pack and a house starter kit provided.
There is english or french TV and a good selection of books and games, including tabletennis and swings in the garden.
Cots, high chair and rocker chair and toys are provided for under three year olds, aswell as a winnie the pooh patio set. The swimming pool has a childs alarm to give you peace of mind.
There are hammocks under the fir and fig trees so you can relax in a shaded area.
There's a gym, sauna and hottub to help you relax during your stay.
The house, pool and garden are all south facing so you profit from the sun all day long. The house is on the outskirts of Sarlat so it is only a few minutes car ride to the town centre and supermarkets. The nearest restaurant is just a 500 metre walk from the house and comes highly recommended.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made by internet transfer, bank transfer or by cheque; Final payment is required 12 weeks prior to arrival; A £300 security deposit is to paid with the balance payment and will be returned within two weeks of your departure.
