Our Bed and Breakfast is in the village of Sainte Alvere, which as a good selection of amenities and is in the heart of the perigord region with most tourist attractions within 1 hour, from caves, castles, chateau, canoeing, horse riding, markets, adventure activities, wine lasting, there is something for most age groups. Bergerac airport is only 25 minutes away also Bordeaux and Limoges are appro 1hr 45mins 
 
Near by markets - Monday - Sainte Alvere, Tuesday - Le Bugue, Wednesday - Bergerac or Perigueux, Thursday - Lalinde, Friday - Vergt, Saturday - Sarlat, Sunday - Issac. 
Ideal area if you are into walking, cycling or photography, painting, there are many signed routes for walkers & cyclists. 
 
We have 3 bedrooms all rooms have tea & coffee fascilities, hair dryers, and English Sat TV. 
Bedroom 1 is a double + 1 single with en suite shower room with hydro shower, hand basin & WC.  
Bedroom 2 is a double with private shower room with hydro shower, hand basin & WC. 
Bedroom 3 is a double + 2/3 single beds with en suite shower room with hydro shower, hand basin & WC. 
 
All rooms are centrally heated with addition electric heaters.  
Residents Lounge with open fire, English Sat TV, selection of board games, puzzles, Large selection of books, 
Outside we have a games room with darts, air hockey, pool table 
Sun terrace at the front of property. 
Breakfast is served in the restaurant which is continental consisting of selection of cereals, fruit juice, fresh bread & croissants. tea or coffee. Small or full english breakfast is available at additional cost.Packed lunches can be supplied. 
 
Also availale in the restaurant lunches, snacks, afternoon tea, evening meals, 12.00 euro lunch menu & 19.50 evening menu + A la Carte, Vegetarian, childrens and Diabetics catered for, Any special dietary requirements can be catered for by Debbie who as experience in special Diets. 
 
Christmas breaks available for 4/7/10 days 
 
Discounts offered to house hunters who are looking for longer stays 2 weeks plus, with discounts on meals

Desposits of 10% is required to secure your booking with half remaining balance due 4 weeks before your stay and balance to be paid on eve of departure along with any addition bills, ie, meals, drinks, laundry. Deposit can be paid by cheque or by Pay Pal. Please not balance to be paid by cash or cheque, we do not accept any cards ( cash point in village) 1 night bookings to be paid for on arrival. Cancellation policy. We will refund your deposit and your 1/2 balance up until 21 days prior to your booking. If we are able to re-book your room we will refund your 1/2 balance.
