3 Bedroom Farmhouse in Riberac

“Les Biches” is a 200 years old typical farmhouse renovated about 5 years ago. Its exposed stone walls and fireplaces emphasize its French character. Furniture is antique and was selected with great care to respect the style of the house. This cozy cocoon is particularly warm and welcoming. As you get in you will find a big open space, for the living room, the dining and the kitchen. In the living room, there is a huge traditional fire place. The house has 3 double bedrooms, one of them is the master bedroom, also has fireplace and private washroom. The beddings have been recently changed. A large renovated attic, under the roof, allows sleeping for many children (for the age of 6 and up). The house is set in 2000 m2 (20000 square foot) secured private parkland, with a terrace, in a calm area, at the edge of a forest. An inflatable pool is provided during the summer. 
The kitchen is fully equipped with, microwave, grill/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and all the necessary kitchenware. TV, DVD and CD players and wireless Internet connection. 
This is a house that we cherish, where we've had great time and lots of extraordinary moments. That is what we would want our tenants to experience. 
 
Dordogne is a fantastic holiday location for a family with restaurants and many historic sites, castles and markets, swimming, tennis court, children's play area, canoe, speleo, fishing, hike, excursion, adventure in forest and other attractions for children. 
 
For adults,Saint-Emilion, Bordeaux,and their worldwide renowned wines and vineyards are less than 1 hour drive from the house. 
 
The Perigord's gastronomy (foie gras, truffle, wines, walnuts...) is legendary, in the greatest restaurants or in its typical country markets.
