A large 6 bedroom detached house set in 3 acres of gardens on the edge of a small market town. The north side of the garden (which abounds with numerous fruit trees including fig, cherry and peach) is bordered by the river Isle which offers the opportunity to fish in its well stocked waters. The living room opens through two sets of double doors onto a balcony which overlooks the river and is ideal for relaxing and sipping wine. The front of the house opens onto a large patio area. The grounds are accessed via double electric gates ensuring total privacy at all times. The house is a hundred metres from the edge of town where there is an Intermarche, numerous shops and bistro. A further 10 minutes walk takes you to the centre of town boasting a number of popular restaurants and bars including the Michelin listed Auberge de l'eclade. In all, an excellent base for exploring the Dordogne.

The security-breakages deposit is refunded by bank transfer 7 days after the end of your holiday subject to no deductions for breakages/damage etc. Prices shown are for up to 12 persons. 3.Cancellations must be made in writing and your costs will be as follows:- Up to 56 days before rental commencement – Total Deposit (Normally subject to the dates being re-sold at full value) Between 42 – 56 days 50% of the total rental cost Between 1 – 42 days 100% of the total rental cost
