It is secluded but not isolated, as it is just 10 minutes from shops /amenities at Montignac ( Lascaux caves) and only 24 km from the beautiful medieval town of Sarlat and with easy access to all the attractions of the Dordgone(Perigord Noir). This is an ideal place for a family holiday, for couples or groups of friends wanting to holiday together or for anyone just seeking to relax and get away from it all, with activities on site to amuse adults and children alike including: covered play area with table tennis; covered terrace for al fresco dining; outdoor play area with swings, climbing frame, football net, badminton net; swimming pool (fenced and alarmed); boundaries to the river are fenced for additional safety; highchairs, booster seat, baby bath available free on request; Wifi in hotspots. The whole property can accommodate up to 30 guests and the gites(villas) can be rented individually or in tandem, allowing people to holiday together and still maintain their privacy. Villa Hibiscus, shown above is a bright and very spacious perigordian stonehouse facing southeast, with stunning views of surrounding cornfields from the bedroom window on one side and a view of the courtyard on another. It has 4 bedrooms.

Villa Mimosa (sleeps 5)is a charming stone cottage facing southeast with 2 bedrooms . It is cosy and comfortable and benefits from having its own private patio on the side and a spacious bathroom with a shower and a bath, ideal for families with very young children. The dining area/seating area has a table and chairs for 5 and outside it has outdoor furniture and barbecue for al fresco dining. 
 
 
Villa Orchidee (sleeps 15)is 6 bedroom ,5 bathroom stonehouse , ideal for several families or groups wishing to holiday together.This is the main house in our property and is normally offered as bed and breakfast accommodation but is also available as a gite to rent .The rooms are spacious and are located in the ground and first floor, all with private bathroom , toilet , and wardrobes. It has a large Dining Room/Lounge (8m x 9m) with 4 dining tables and chairs ,enough to seat up to 24 people.It has a separate fully equipped spacious kitchen .

2 washing machines are available in the laundry room onsite. The pool is shared ,fenced and alarmed and has 2 depths(1.5 and 2 m) . Around the pool are sunbeds ,picnic benches,parasols, chairs, lots of trees to provide ample shade. More of these by the river where you can sit and have a picnic. All villas also have a coffee maker and toaster.TV(french channels only) .A selection of dvd's can be rented at a nominal fee. Linen is provided, towels are available for hire.Wifi and internet access is available. Baby sitting is available with advance notice.
