Vacation Rental Description
The property of La Treille accupies just under 1 acre and sits perfectly amid the rolling hills of the Dronne Valley in between 2 perfectly quaint villages of Montagrier and Tocane St Apre. We are on a headland of the River Dronne - one of the most picturesque areas in France. Beautiful surroundings and immaculate accommodation in which to enjoy your holiday, unwind, relax and all within easy reach of the many sites and attractions that the Dordogne Region has to offer. The larger than average swimming pool (13 x 6 metres) is in between the main house and the old Tabacco barn where the gites are located. 
 
We have 3 gites. A small gite (Le Maize) ideal for couples or a couple with a child. This gite is attached to our main house although has it's own entrances and private terrace and gardens which look out over the gorgous panoramic views. The other 2 gites (Le Blé & Le Tournesol) are situated within the old Tabacco barn and sleep 2-5 persons each. Le Blé is a 3 bedroomed gite and Le Tournesol has 2 en-suit bedrooms. 
 
Around the swimming pool there is a tradional Boules Court and a shaded bar area. There is ample terrace around the pool for sunbeds which are provided along with parasols and cushions.

    • Gite 1 'Le Blé' SLEEPS 2 TO 5 Our 1st gite was renovated just 2 years ago and situated within the Old Tabacco Barn. It occupies 2 floors. The ground floor is an open-plan design, comprising kitchen and dining area, lounge and separate wc. The galley style kitchen is equipped with all mod cons. A childs high chair can be provided if needed! The dining area has seating for 6. In the lounge area, there is a modern corner suite (converts to bed settee), TV (receives UK Sky freeview channels), DVD player, large coffee table and a wood burning fireplace. There are also a large collection of DVD movies available, a PS2 game console and games, a good selection of board games. Upstairs, are the 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and 1 single), sleeping up to 5 guests. A childs cot can be provided if needed! There is a large modern tiled shower room with wash basin and toilet. All linen and towels are provided
