    		  Low Season Price: €890 per Week
      High Season Price: €1,690 per Week
         

    Initial deposit of 30% of the total at the reservation. Balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival date. We accept cheques and transfer payment. Cancellation : a/ Any cancellation shall be notified in writing per registered mail to the owner. b/ cancellation less than 30 days before the date of the arrival: the initial deposit will be kept by the owner, and the owner will demand the balance due. c/ should the tenant fail to come or call within 24 hours after the agreed date of arrival, the rental contract will be cancelled and the owner will possibly rent the place to a third party. The initial deposit will be kept by the owner and –unless force majeure- the balance due will also be required.
