Jaure, the closest village, lies between art and history centres Périgueux and Bergerac, on the boundaries of the Périgord Blanc and Périgord Pourpre regions, in an area rich in both natural and manmade sites (grottos, châteaux) and gastronomy (wines, foie gras, baby vegetables).  
L’Orée du Bois is 3 km from the town of Villamblard, where numerous services – from shops, to pharmacy, to medical care, etc. – are readily available. 
The setting is luxurious and child friendly: the ideal spot to relax and rejuvenate.
